Return, Refund Policy

Returns/Refunds

You may return your product for a full refund in the first 30 days.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To initiate your Return/Refund request, please send a receipt or proof of purchase to info@powercases.com.

 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

*** Note: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, alternatively the original purchaser may request credit card or original method of payment refund to their account.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days of notification that your refund was approve, please notify us by email at info@powercases.com

 

 

Warranty Exchange

We will replace any defective item with 180 days of the purchase date. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  However once we determine your item to be a defective item, we will refund you the value of standard postage.  If your item is returned as defective, and we determine it not to be defective because you have been using the wrong cable to charge your product we will require payment for the cost of return shipping before returning your product.  We will include a new cable with the return at no additional cost to you.

 

Depending on where you are located, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

To be eligible for a Warranty Exchange, you must return your defective product together with the charging cable included with your purchase.
